Free Shipping

• Free Standard Shipping for orders over 350€ (taxes and duties included).
• Free Express Shipping for orders over 450€ (taxes and duties included).

Shipping Regions

At GUVET, we ship exclusively within Europe / Asia / U.S.
However, due to restrictions, we do not ship to the following regions:

• Crimea
• Cuba
• Iran
• North Korea
• Russia
• Syria
• Ukraine
• Belarus

Shipping Restrictions

1. Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
   • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
2. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
   • You may only ship to one address per order. If you need items delivered to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
3. Transport Restrictions
   • GUVET only ships within Europe due to transportation limitations.

Taxes & Duties

• All prices on our website are inclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping charges where applicable.

Order Tracking

1. Tracking Email
   • Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number.
   • Click the link in the email to track your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to activate.

Refused Shipments

• If your order arrives in damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact GUVET Concierge for assistance.
• If you refuse an order or any part of it without prior authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping, duties, and taxes.

Redirecting Orders

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
• Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.
