Return & Exchange Policy – GUVET

Regular Priced Merchandise

  • Returns: You can receive a full refund within 3 days from the shipping date. After 4 days, returns will no longer be accepted.
  • Exchanges: You have up to 1 day from receiving the package to request an exchange. Contact GUVET Concierge for assistance via phone or email.

Sale Merchandise

  • Returns: Sale items marked at 50% off or greater are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Exchanges: For support with online exchanges, please contact GUVET Concierge via phone or email.


Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must not be washed, worn, or damaged.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • A valid receipt is required.
  • Sale items marked at 50% off or greater are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


How to Request a Return

Contact GUVET Concierge at service@guvet.com with your order details for assistance.


How to Mail Back an Online Return

  • A return postage fee of 50.00€ (plus taxes) will be deducted from your refund.
  1. Contact GUVET Concierge with your order number, items you’d like to return, address, and phone number. You’ll receive a return label and required shipping documents.
  2. Pack your items securely in a box and attach the Return Label (covering the previous barcode if reusing the original box).
  3. Drop off your package at your local DHL Authorized Shipping Centre within 3 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email.


Returning Multiple Items from a Single Order

Include all items in one box and use one Return Label, even if items arrived in separate shipments.

Online Return Refund & Processing

  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • Once your return is received, processing takes 7 to 10 business days.

  • Need to cancel an order?
    You have up to 30 minutes after clicking the Submit Order button to cancel by contacting GUVET Concierge via phone or live chat during business hours.
